We were very pleased we went with Mike Broermann for the sale of our YBL home last fall. He really knows our building well and has sold most of the units there it seems. Mike was invaluable for helping us with pricing, timing and negotiating contract offers. He also helped getting several stager bids and a photographer in to do a nice spread with virtual walk-through. Mike is an awesome Real Estate Broker!! When I first started in the business, he was kind enough to show me the ropes – even though I wasn’t one of his agents! That just goes to show what type of a person he is – super kind, extremely likable, and generous with his time. As time passed, I would watch him do multiple transactions, and I discovered that he was not only a genuinely great guy, he was a top notch agent!
