Having worked with 4 different real estate agents in the city in the past he really went above and beyond to take care of me as a seller. He met with me and listened to what I wanted to get out of the sale and understood that I had a compressed timeline with a pending move to Hawaii. He set expectations high and then went on to exceed them. He had a sound strategy for getting the best price for my property. I was a little uncomfortable with the strategy (personally would have preferred to be more conservative) but in the end he got me 20 percent over asking and an all cash offer, so no complaints here. He was patient with my nerves and his organization and extreme attention to details kept everyone including the buyer and his agent on schedule and continued to push the deal forward.   • "We were very pleased we went with Mike Broermann for the sale of our home. He really knows our market well and has sold a lot. Mike was invaluable for helping us with pricing, timing and negotiating contract offers. He also helped getting several stager bids and a photographer in to do a nice spread with a virtual walk-through. When one potential buyer was questioning whether they could do a certain alteration, he immediately arranged a visit to another similar home where similar work had been done. We received multiple offers on the first open house (and that was last fall when things were slow). He smartly had us do a contingent buyer which worked out well since the first offer flaked out unexpectedly even after making a deposit. We had a second contract signed within a matter of hours. He knew when to counter with a higher offer and this worked well for us. I think his intuition about clients and buyers is very good!
