“We were very pleased we went with Mike Broermann for the sale of our YBL unit last fall. He really knows our building well and has sold most of the units there it seems. Mike was invaluable for helping us with pricing, timing and negotiating contract offers. He also helped getting several stager bids and a photographer in to do a nice spread with virtual walk-through. It’s really nice to have somebody in the building to be able to show the unit at a moments notice. When one potential buyer was questioning whether they could do a certain alteration, he immediately arranged a visit to another unit in the building where this same work had been done to push the sale along. Mike helped me sell my loft in San Francisco at the beginning of 2016 and I can’t say enough good things about him. Having worked with 4 different real estate agents in the city in the past he really went above and beyond to take care of me as a seller.
He met with me and listened to what I wanted to get out of the sale and understood that I had a compressed timeline with a pending move to Hawaii. He set expectations high and then went on to exceed them. He had a sound strategy for getting the best price for my property. I was a little uncomfortable with the strategy (personally would have preferred to be more conservative) but in the end he got me 20 percent over asking and an all cash offer, so no complaints here.
He was patient with my nerves and his organization and extreme attention to details kept everyone including the buyer and his agent on schedule and continued to push the deal forward.
I would whole heartedly recommend Mike to anyone looking to sell or buy a place in San Francisco. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better agent to fight for you in SF.
