“We were very pleased we went with Mike Broermann for the sale of our YBL unit last fall. He really knows our building well and has sold most of the units there it seems. Mike was invaluable for helping us with pricing, timing and negotiating contract offers. He also helped getting several stager bids and a photographer in to do a nice spread with virtual walk-through.
